7 Let the assembly of peoples gather around You;(A)
take Your seat[a] on high over it.(B)
8 The Lord judges the peoples;(C)
vindicate me, Lord,
according to my righteousness and my integrity.[b](D)
9 Let the evil of the wicked come to an end,(E)
but establish the righteous.(F)
The One who examines the thoughts and emotions[c]
is a righteous God.(G)
